Our selection process
CVs and attached documents are placed in KÜRT’s database. The first screening is always done from this databank.
The applications are filtered and then the candidates whom we regard as the most suitable for the open position will be invited for a first HR interview and then, in case of mutual agreement, for a second professional interview. In addition, for certain positions, we also require the execution of professional exercises or special intelligence and psychology evaluations.
Naturally, we provide continuous information, in writing or by phone, to all candidates about the progress of the selection process.
