Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (KKM): HU-UZB-Startup-2021
The IT company Kürt Zrt. was awarded the aid under the Hungarian-Uzbek Startup and Research Development Program, implemented with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The partner search was performed jointly by the Ministry and the Uzbek host, which identified an Uzbek software distribution company and an Uzbek technical engineering & technology university where the use of the software may be integrated into the training.
The protective software provides a single framework for the performance of securityafety, risk, and compliance management tasks at the corporate level. It supports the transparency of a company’s every data protection process in a single safety management system.
The aim of the aid is to allow Hungarian start-ups to expand in foreign markets in a manner that reduces European market concentration. A large part of Hungarian SMEs, when given the opportunity, look for partners and possibilities for growth in neighboring countries. The Central Asian region is a new and untapped area for the foreign trade possibilities of Hungarian startups.
Over the long term, the solution is expected to contribute to the growth on the Uzbek market of newly launched, innovative companies with high growth potential, and to the development of Uzbek partnerships, supporting them in becoming companies competitive at the international front.
